Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
By Sip & Sew
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to:
  • Illness

  • Travel disruptions

  • Emergencies

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

If we cancel an event before delivery of services, any eligible payments previously made may be refunded or credited toward a future booking.

6. Cultural Respect and Participation

Sip & Sew experiences are rooted in living cultural traditions and heritage practices.

Participants agree to engage respectfully with:

  • Cultural teachings

  • Workshop materials

  • Event facilitators

  • Fellow participants

Harassment, disruptive conduct, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from an event without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors.
